Marveled at the eye of the death storm in the million-year cave!!!

“Eye of the Storm of Death” in Quang Binh, VietNam ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

In 2020, I went to Hang Tien in Quang Binh and heard the tour guide introduce: hundreds of millions of years ago, this was the ocean, there were currents under the rock cave, when that cave folded, the current created a whirlpool. Over hundreds of millions of years, a whirlpool shape is formed on the rock ceiling like this.
With a high speed of the vortex of 100m, compatible with a building of nearly 30 floors, just look at the picture and it supports it in real life. It’s very stormy.
After the water receded, the vortex continued to be built by continuous flooding, with flood water still rising up to the ceiling of the cave during the flood season.
It was the most complicated story of tectonic movements on the earth’s surface that I had ever heard. I stood still for 25 minutes just looking at the center of that vortex, filled with so many emotions that were hard to describe and fascinated. attracted to it โค๏ธโค๏ธ

Hang Tien with the system of Hang Tien 1 and Hang Tien 2 is the largest dry cave located in the Tu Lan cave complex, in Cao Quang commune, Tuyen Hoa district, Quang Binh province.

Tien Cave was first discovered in 1992 by experts from the British Cave Royal Association (BCRA). Through a thorough research and survey process, it was not until 2013 that Hang Tien was experimentally exploited by Oxalis Adventure company and prepared for its launch in 2017, bringing visitors deeper to explore the beauty of the Hang. Hang Tien tours range from 1 to 3 days with many levels.

Hang Tien is known as the largest dry cave in the Tu Lan cave system with an entrance measuring 50m wide, 100m high and a total length of up to 2.5 km. Hang Tien 2 has an even more outstanding size with a length of up to 3km and a depth of 100m. Not only impressive by its large size, the formation in the cave is also extremely special because of the square stalactites stacked on top of each other to form an extremely unique terraced field shape.

Tien Cave in Quang Binh is a dry cave in the summer, but when the rainy season begins, water from natural rivers such as the Rao Nan River flows in, creating an underground flow in the cave. When the water recedes, it leaves behind a natural lake with diverse stalactite formations. Not only that, outside water also penetrates into Hang Tien for a long time, creating an extremely unique vortex on the dome. In particular, the diverse ecosystem in the cave also leaves a special impression on visitors once they visit. Thanks to suitable climatic conditions, Tien Cave in Quang Binh is an ideal place for plants and animals to live and develop.

To get to the whirlpool inside Hang Tien, you have to cross the majestic natural rock carpet, go through the lush green forest, have lunch on the banks of a clear stream, watch the natural lake and admire the beauty of the first floor with your own eyes. Hang Tien.
