Orphaned boy Rommel Quemenales, 11 years old, living in Quezon City, Philippines, wandered for a living and made friends with a stray dog. Since then, the boy has always brought the dog with him to take care of. And so, the two unfortunate lives depend on each other to live.

Rommel did not know where his relatives were. From a young age, the boy did not go to school and had to wander around the city looking for food with other orphans.

At this age, the boy always yearns to go to school with his friends; But circumstances don’t allow it, so it’s always just a wish. Rommel had a small, skinny body, so he was often bullied by other children; But no one helped, day after day he always lived in loneliness.
